Equilibre promotes a better understanding of equines, their behaviour, and the horse-human relationship. On this site you will find information on; Equid behaviour, Learning theories, Philosophy and Horsemanship. Our efforts are aimed to improve welfare for domestic equines as well as the conservation of wild and feral equid populations.

Our educational programmes are focused to enhance knowledge on equine behaviour, welfare and training. In this way we facilitate a safer, healthier and friendlier environment for both people and horses.

By providing an objective view of behaviour we encourage Good Horse Care Practices through critical thinking and a commitment to continued learning.

Our center in Tarragona is a place for dialogue amongst professionals and horse owners, for sharing knowledge on how to improve our relation with the equines under our care.

Educational programs for horses and people are offered at Equilibre by way of classes, workshops, courses and conferences with trusted professionals.
