EQUILIBRE is located within the Mas Cabot farmland, about 800 meters from the emblematic town of Santa Perpetua de Gaia (Tarragona), The Gaiá river, from which the town as well as Equilibre have adopted their last names, although modest in size, has been up until the last century one of the most hydraulically exploited rivers in Catalunya, with a large number of mills and Castles along it`s banks.
We are in the heart of the Gaiá river valley, known locally as the ‘bloc de l’Alt Gaiá’. This relatively unknown range is littered with high historic, natural and scenic value. The tower of the Santa Perpetua Castle stands tall on a mountainous outcrop, surrounded by hills, with the sinewy river passing beneath. The Castle itself was built in the year 976 A.D. , along with the Santa Susana Church and the Santa Maria Chapel.

EQUILIBRE se encuentra dentro de la finca Mas Cabot y dispone de mas de 50 hectareas para disfrutar de la naturaleza con o sin caballos Estamos en pleno valle del rió Gaia, a 800 metros del emblemático pueblo de Santa Perpetua de Gaia (Tarragona). Una zona de alto valor histórico, paisajístico i natural. Destaca la torre del castillo de Santa Perpetua construido en el año 976, la iglesia de Santa Maria y la ermita de Santa Susana. El rió Gaia, aunque sea de caudal modesto, ha sido hasta el ultimo siglo uno de los ríos de mayor aprovechamiento hídrico de Cataluña con un sinfín de molinos situados sobre sus orillas.
Una zona desconocido por muchos, abandonado a la naturaleza hace años, un sitio ideal para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y los paisajes espectaculares.
